Our placement fees typically range from $1,000–$2,500 depending on the scope of care, schedule, and experience level required. Fees are based on a percentage of the nanny’s estimated annual compensation and are confirmed during your consultation call.

If you decide not to move forward with any of the candidates we present, no placement fee is owed. We will continue to refine the search based on your feedback whenever possible.

Hi! I’m Kaitlyn Duffy, the founder of Dallas Nanny Network.
I am from a small town in New Jersey and moved to Dallas about two years ago. Since moving here, I have had the privilege to be a full time nanny! I have seen how busy life can get, yet how important it for families to trust who is caring for their children. I created this agency to make finding trusted childcare simpler, more personal, and less overwhelming for families. I know how important it is to feel confident in the person chosen to care for your children, and how difficult it can be to find that fit.
My experience has given me a deep understanding of both sides- what families need and what makes a great caregiver thrive. Dallas Nanny Network was formed to bridge this gap by making the process simple and smooth for both families and nannies, matching them based on their needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
Being a Christian is foundational to my approach both in everyday childcare and starting this business. My promise to you is this: my work is done with integrity, compassion, and care.
